Radiant Optimizer Game List: 18 Entries by Series

Explore 18 browser-game source entries grouped by series. Check host status, licensing notes, and individual play guides; the full original list is pending.

This is the current source-entry list, not a verified library of playable games. It contains 18 entries, including BO1 maps and a Counter-Strike mode. Open a game name for its guide, or inspect an identifiable external entry after reading its status.

How this works

Browser games can use different delivery methods, and the method matters. QuakeJS documents a JavaScript port of ioquake3 using Emscripten; Diabloweb documents a WebAssembly build based on devilution. The WebWars author describes another compiler path for Hedgewars. Those project-specific sources do not prove that every title in a cover image has a working port. A browser can also display a recreation or a cloud stream. Code still needs to load, and commercial game assets may need a separate license. We host only the list and guides; the games belong to third-party hosts, whose availability and requirements must be checked individually.

How to try an entry: three steps

  1. Check the guide first. Read the entry’s host status and requirements. A title without a checked address has no Play link here; a found entry is not the same as a successful session.
  2. Open an identifiable host. Follow the documented address on your own permitted device. Read the loader and access requirements. First-load times vary; no universal 10–30 second promise or browser-compatibility list is established.
  3. Use the version’s documented controls. Confirm game-data permissions, keyboard or touch inputs, and supported modes. Original-game controls and mobile availability cannot be assumed for a browser implementation.

Three practical truths

Availability is a dated finding.

The QuakeJS candidate returned an SSL error; the WebWars host check failed. A project repository can remain useful even when a public entry is unavailable.

Modes need their own evidence.

A map menu does not establish single-player or multiplayer. QuakeJS documents web/native network limits; WebWars multiplayer is reported as unfinished. Do not generalize those findings to every title.

Device rules still apply.

A managed school or work device may restrict storage, graphics features, or gaming. Follow its policies; a blocked host is not a reason to evade network or device controls.

Every entry has its own guide

The cards link to the exact entry page, including map-level differences, known source lineage, and questions still unanswered.

Game-list FAQ

Where is the full Radiant Optimizer game list?

The current list is on this page. It contains 18 source entries from the supplied cover notes, grouped by series. The complete original post and its claimed 25-item list are still pending.

Can I play these browser games without downloading anything?

No installer is established for some documented browser projects, but a browser still transfers app code and assets. Diabloweb requires your own DIABDAT.MPQ for full-game content. Unidentified candidates cannot be promised to work without installation.

Do these browser games work on a school computer?

Compatibility and permission depend on the device, browser, project, and school policy. The BO1 check encountered a browser-feature error. We do not provide filter-bypass advice or assume managed devices permit gaming.

Are these the original games?

That is not established for every entry. QuakeJS and Diabloweb document their engine lineages; other candidates have no identified browser implementation. Original commercial assets, source-based engines, recreations, and cloud streams are separate things.

Do I need a Chromebook or is any browser fine?

Neither a Chromebook nor an arbitrary browser is guaranteed. Projects need particular graphics, storage, input, or network features. The WebWars author reports missing mobile controls and a Safari limitation; we have not tested every device.

How many games are on the list?

There are 18 source entries, not 18 distinct games: Moon and Kino der Toten are BO1 maps, and CS Surf is a community mode. We do not claim the incomplete notes supply all 25 items.
